Purpose of the Role

The Company/Regional Trainer works alongside site leadership to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively. This role supports the consistent execution of core operational processes while helping develop employees through structured training, coaching, and hands-on support.

Travel Requirements

This position supports teams in our North Region and requires regular travel to assigned locations in Laramie, WY; Cheyenne, WY; and Fort Collins, CO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver job-readiness training using the P.R.O.D.U.C.T.S. Training Model to promote consistent customer service and alignment with the Company Quality Policy.

  • Train and reinforce core operational processes including Loading, Helping Customers at Pay Stations (HCAPS), and After Care (AC).

  • Coach site management using Integrity Coaching and the O.A.F.C.R. Coaching Model to support team performance and operational consistency.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve training adherence and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with the Training Department to refine and update training materials, guides, and resources.

  • Reinforce and integrate the Company Quality Policy through training, coaching, and daily operational support.

  • Ability to travel between assigned locations
