Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will provide crucial assistance to seniors in our community, ensuring they receive the personalized care and companionship they deserve. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to support clients with daily living activities while enriching their lives with friendship and care. This position is on-site, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs, ensuring a nutritious diet for clients.
• Provide medication reminders to clients, helping them maintain their health routines.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Accompany clients on errands and transportation to appointments, fostering community engagement.
• Build friendships with clients, actively listening and engaging to provide emotional support and companionship.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility towards clients' care.
• Experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

Bonus If You:

• Possess training in non-medical home care.
• Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules, with the flexibility to work any day of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Bradyville, Manchester areas in Tennessee, allowing caregivers to connect meaningfully with the local community.
