Your Role as a Caregiver/CNA: As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch care to our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily activities (ADLs), light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation
• Providing care as directed by the Case Manager, ensuring the well-being of your clients
• Accurately documenting client care and reporting any important observations
• Collaborating on the development of client care standards and improvement initiatives
• Contributing to staff development and ongoing learning
• Conducting yourself professionally in line with agency policies

Qualifications
- Core skills in caregiving
- Experience in patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ability to cook and maintain cleanliness
- CNA certification preferred
- Background in nursing home or facility settings
