Compassionate Transport Aide Part-time

Wheelchair Accessibility Driver

Battle Buddy Mobility Transport, LLC provides safe and reliable transportation for people who may need ambulatory assistance and wheelchair transport. We provide curb-to-curb service. Our caring drivers will ensure that our clients are transported to and from medical services to hospitals, dialysis centers, doctor’s appointments, rehabilitation, and much more.

We offer flexible hours for part-time drivers and full-time employment comes with a full benefits package.

Duties:

· Drive a minivan safely to and from destinations

· Maintain a clean and fueled vehicle

· Strap and secure wheelchairs into the vehicle

· Transport patient according to assigned route

· Maintain documentation on vehicle condition

· Communicate with management, client, and medical staff

· Comply with HIPPA regulations

· Comply with MDOT regulations

· Maintain a safe environment for clients

Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Must be at least 23 years of age with 5 years of driving experience

· Must be willing to obtain a Chauffeur’s license – will help obtain

· Must be willing to obtain CPR Certification – will provide training

· Must be compassionate, professional, and reliable

· Must be able to pass criminal background checks and drug test

Offered:

· Flexible schedule

· PTO

· Monday – Friday, weekends as needed

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
