Become a Key Player as a Compensation Analyst
As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll partner with Adobe’s Sales and Digital Experience organizations to deliver rigorous compensation analysis and guidance. You’ll make data-driven recommendations on promotions, transfers, job matches, and leveling while helping refine compensation programs to meet business needs. Work model: Hybrid, onsite 3 days per week in San Jose; local candidates only. This is a 6‑month assignment covering a leave of absence.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Partner with Sales and Digital Experience organizations to deliver analysis across base salary and incentive programs.
Provide subject matter expertise and compensation leadership throughout the year and during annual Rewards Planning.
Make data-driven decisions and communicate recommendations for promotions, transfers, job matches, and job leveling.
Provide input to compensation program owners to enhance programs and ensure alignment with business needs.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
8–10 years of global compensation experience.
Experience in compensation program design, market analysis, forecasting trends/costs, and modeling outcomes.
Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization and provide direction and counsel to leadership.
Experience leading and influencing change in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
Familiarity with Workday and Excel.
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
Experience in the high tech/software industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
Pay Range
$45.07 - $56.34/hour
