Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR data management. The successful candidate will support the organization’s efforts to maintain competitive compensation structures, ensure compliance with internal policies, and deliver a smooth employee experience across all C&B processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing compensation and benefits data across various departments.
  • Support the preparation and review of salary structures, benefits reports, and compensation benchmarking studies.
  • Conduct research on market trends, industry compensation practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits data submission.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, allowances, and annual reviews.
  • Help monitor and track compensation metrics and identify opportunities to enhance internal processes.
  • Participate in projects related to compensation reviews, job evaluations, and policy updates.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts related to compensation, benefits, and HR programs.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic understanding of compensation and benefits concepts, HR policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis or HR systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in organizational development and compensation & benefits practices.
