Compensation & Payroll Officer

Overview

Job Details:


Process payroll activities and manage tasks related to collective bargaining agreements while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Perform analytical work and handle data processing to support HR and payroll operations.

Assist in HR-related projects and contribute to both ongoing and ad hoc initiatives.

Work with salary structures and pay schedules to ensure accurate calculations and timely payroll processing.

Support the development and improvement of processes within employee and management handbooks.

Provide assistance and basic training to management on electronic systems and HR tools.

Maintain accurate payroll and HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Identify payroll or HR data discrepancies and resolve issues using a solution-oriented approach.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations and continuous process improvement.

Prepare reports and support management with payroll and HR-related analysis when required.

Job Experience Requirements


University degree in a relevant field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.

Proactive and independent working style with a solution-focused mindset.

Professional attitude with strong communication skills.

Good overall knowledge of computer systems and office software.
