About the Role:
Elytra Studios is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a complete business development role, not a bidding-only position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire clients through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies across freelancing and social platforms.
  • Manage and expand client relationships while ensuring consistent communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1.5–2 years of relevant experience after graduation.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
