This isn’t just a cleaning job, it’s a position of trust and pride. You’ll be part of a team that ensures every detail is flawless before our boats reach their final destination.

If you take pride in perfection, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be a part of something extraordinary, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deep clean the interior and exterior of completed yachts using vacuums, solvents, and detailing tools
  • Install finishing components such as seat covers, mattresses, safety kits, and more
  • Prepare each boat for delivery to customers and dealers, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards
  • Use checklists and visual inspections to verify every detail is complete and correct
  • Maintain your tools and work area with care, professionalism, and pride
  • Safely operate small power tools, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
  • Support your team and adapt to additional tasks as needed to keep production moving

What It Takes:

  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for doing things right
  • The physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfort using cleaning agents and working in a production environment
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in detailing, custodial work, or hands-on manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Why This Job is Special:

You’re not just prepping a product, you’re preparing a boat that will create lifelong memories for its new owner. You’ll be the final quality checkpoint before our boats head out into the world, and that sense of ownership and pride is something you’ll carry with you every day.

Join a team that takes pride in perfection.
