About the Role:
GET Global Group is looking for an experienced Completion Specialist to join our oil and gas operations team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in well completion operations, including running downhole completion tools, tubing strings, and safety valves. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient execution of completion activities across multiple well sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute well completion, recompletion, and workover operations in line with company and client standards.
• Install and test downhole completion assemblies, including packers, tubing hangers, SSDs, plugs, and flow control devices.
• Operate and maintain completion tools and surface equipment during field operations.
• Supervise and coordinate rig-up and rig-down of completion tools and related equipment.
• Conduct pressure tests and integrity checks on completion systems.
• Collaborate with drilling, production, and well intervention teams to optimize well performance.
• Prepare operational reports, tool lists, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during all completion and intervention operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in completion operations within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of downhole completion tools, packers, SSDs, and tubing strings.
• Experience with rig and rigless operations is preferred.
• Ability to interpret well schematics and completion programs.
• Strong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in diverse and challenging field environments.
