Compliance Analyst

Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund | Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in Office)

We’re partnering with a top-performing, global multi-strategy hedge fund to add Compliance Analysts as the platform continues to grow.

This is a hands-on compliance role working closely with trading, operations, and technology teams. The environment is fast-moving, highly analytical, and built for people who want real responsibility and long-term growth in compliance.

What you’ll be doing

• Trade surveillance and regulatory monitoring across multiple strategies
• SEC and CFTC reporting and ongoing regulatory obligations
• Working with data, reports, and automated controls to identify and manage risk
• Partnering with attorneys and business teams on live issues tied to trading activity
• Owning a defined compliance area and building subject-matter expertise

What they’re looking for

• Experience in compliance, trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, or prime brokerage
• Backgrounds from hedge funds, banks, or regulatory consulting environments
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in data-driven settings
• Clear interest in building a long-term career in compliance
• Strong academic background
