The Compliance & Governance Specialist supports the implementation of the organization's governance and compliance frameworks. Working under the supervision of senior team members, the role contributes to maintaining internal policy systems, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, and assisting in governance activities across the organization and its subsidiaries. - Assist in maintaining up-to-date organizational charts, board structures, and governance registers.
