We are seeking an attorney with experience with compliance and regulatory matters for an in-house opportunity.

Role requires experience with direct lending, structured finance or alternatives.

Responsibilities include handling legal and compliance matters in the asset-based financing space including managing due diligence, ensuring compliance, and managing risk.
