2.Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of internship or entry-level experience in compliance, financial services, legal research, risk, audit, or fintech.

3.Strong interest in financial regulation, AML/CFT, fintech, digital assets, stablecoins, wallets, or blockchain.

4.Basic understanding of AML/CFT principles, KYC, due diligence, corporate governance, or regulatory compliance.

5.Familiarity with the CBB Rulebook or Bahrain AML Law is an advantage, but not mandatory.

6.Awareness of digital wallets, blockchain, stablecoins, or crypto-assets is an advantage.

7.Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to follow up on tasks until completion.

8.Good written and verbal English skills. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

9.Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.

10.Must have legal authorization to work in Bahrain.

Preferred

1.Internship or academic exposure to compliance, AML/CFT, fintech, crypto-assets, blockchain, or financial regulation.

2.Basic certifications or training in AML/CFT, compliance, blockchain, or digital assets.

3.Familiarity with tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs, or similar blockchain analytics platforms.
