Timings: 9 hours/day (including 30 min lunch break), 1 weekly off

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Compliance Assistant to be deployed full-time at the Vasai Project - Suruchi Beach. The role involves supporting labour law compliance and payroll documentation for workers at the site. We prefer someone with a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain salary registers, PF/ESIC/Bonus/PT/MLWF records
• Coordinate salary disbursement & generate monthly payslips
• Submit monthly statutory challans and contribution proofs
• Ensure minimum wages and proper payment modes are followed
• Maintain files as per Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.
• Assist Project Manager and Consultant in all compliance-related work

Eligibility:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass

Skills:

• MS Excel & basic documentation
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus
• Good communication in Hindi and basic English
• Ability to work full-time from site (Vasai)
• Training and Support will be provided
