Diamond Visa Solutions (SMC-Pvt) Ltd, a leading SECP-registered consultancy in Lahore, is expanding its Digital Operations Division. We are seeking professionals for our Gulberg Head Office and Nationwide Remote teams to manage high-compliance visa data and premium client communications.

Digital Operations & Visa Compliance Associate

Corporate Status: Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore (Head Office) | Nationwide (Remote/Work-From-Home)

Pay Scale: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 75,000 per month (Based on role, shift, and expertise)

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Administration & Compliance

• Database Accuracy: Maintain high-integrity client records and visa application details using MS Excel and internal CRM systems.
• Document Audit: Conduct rigorous verification of travel credentials (Passports, ATOL certificates, etc.) to ensure 100% compliance with international visa processing standards.
• Reporting: Synthesize daily operational metrics into structured reports for the Branch Manager.

2. Digital Brand Management

• Platform Growth: Curate and edit engaging content for TikTok and YouTube to drive awareness for premium visa services.
• Community Engagement: Manage professional brand interactions on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• SEO Integration: Implement viral trends and digital strategies to enhance the firm's online visibility.

3. Premium Client Support

• Consultative Communication: Handle inbound/outbound inquiries regarding Umrah and international visa protocols with professional etiquette.
• Multi-Channel Support: Manage high-volume correspondence via WhatsApp Business and official email channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matriculation/Intermediate; Graduation or Master’s degree preferred.
• Eligibility: Open to Freshers, Students, Housewives, and current Job Holders.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic video editing/social media management.
• Shift Availability: Must be able to commit to one of our 8-hour blocks in a 24/7 rotational model:
• Morning: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Evening: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
• Night: 02:00 AM – 10:00 AM
