Compliance Billing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Compliance Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the department. This position involves managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with projects to ensure efficient departmental operations.


Job Goals:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices and required documentation.
  • Support efficient daily operations.
  • Assist in departmental projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices per their requirements.
  • Assist in preparing payment applications.
  • Provide timely support in the processing of lien waivers.
  • Assist in maintaining our extensive network of third-party billing portals.
  • Provide a supporting role in processing certificate of insurance requests.
  • Monitoring Compliance inboxes to ensure timely response to internal and external requests.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing calculations, basic arithmetic, and understanding percentages as it relates to billing.
  • Construction office experience, preferred.
  • Current Ohio Notary, preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and working in a Microsoft Teams environment.
  • Ability to learn and work within proprietary software.
  • Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and co-workers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, assisting others when needed.
