The Compliance & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in supporting vehicle compliance, customer service, administrative functions, and employee engagement initiatives. This position ensures that compliance records and reporting are maintained accurately, while also providing frontline customer support, assisting with office operations, and supporting employee and community engagement activities such as orientations, tabling events, and recognition initiatives.

Job Description
The Compliance & Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing vehicle compliance documentation, providing customer and administrative support, and coordinating employee engagement activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance data management with people-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain vehicle compliance records, inspection reports, and required documentation.
  • Track and report on preventive maintenance, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing audits, compliance reviews, and required reporting.
  • Provide customer service support by collecting information, addressing inquiries, and routing requests.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Support reporting needs by collecting and compiling data from various departments.
  • Coordinate and participate in tabling events, orientations, and community outreach activities.
  • Assist with planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Help organize communication materials for staff and customers.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff as needed.
  • Maintain supplies, records, and office resources to support efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support company priorities.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in compliance, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable engaging with employees and customers in person and virtually.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
