Job Title: Compliance & Legal Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage commercial documentation, contracts, client proposals, payment follow-ups, and legal compliance activities. The role involves close coordination with management, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and risk-free documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Contracts & Legal Documentation
- Draft, review, update, and maintain Service Agreements, AMCs, NDAs, Vendor & Client Contracts, and Proposals/Work Orders
- Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws and company policies
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required
- Maintain secure and well-organized digital and physical contract records
Commercial Operations
- Prepare and review commercial proposals and quotations
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in pricing, terms, and scope
- Track contract renewals and AMC expiries and ensure timely renewals
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to closure
Payment Follow-ups & Billing Support
- Coordinate with clients for timely invoice payments
- Send payment reminders and escalate overdue payments when required
- Maintain records of receivables and payment commitments
Meetings & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers
- Act as a liaison between management, clients, and internal teams
Compliance & Risk Management
- Verify NDA and confidentiality compliance
- Support company policy implementation
- Track renewal of licenses and statutory documents (if applicable)
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate logs of contracts, renewals, payments, and proposals
- Generate periodic reports for management
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business Administration, or Commerce preferred)
- Experience in contracts, legal documentation, business operations, or administration
- Strong understanding of agreements, NDAs, and commercial terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience coordinating with legal teams
- Basic knowledge of corporate law or business compliance
- Experience in service-based or technology-driven organizations
