Compliance Manager

COMPLIANCE MANAGER

We are searching for a team mate to work as Compliance Manager at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Turkey.

This position will report to Head of Compliance Turkey.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university program,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of AML, CFT and KYC,
• Analytic, good at data interpretation and research
• Strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinking ability,
• Business Follow-up and control mechanism is strong, result oriented,
• Very good command of English,
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills,
• Already completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out risk management, monitoring and control activities within the scope of legislation on prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism, conducting examinations to detect suspicious transactions, performing sanction list checks, developing the existing system, informing the employees, giving consultancy
• To carry out studies on the identification and rating of the risks that the company may be exposed to in relation to money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Answering questions from departments within the scope of AML/CFT and KYC,
• Performing review and approval procedures for risky customers during the customer acceptance process. Performing inspection and approval procedures for risky customers during the customer acceptance process.
• To follow national and international legislation and developments in the field of combating the proceeds of crime.
• Supporting the management of relations with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions in matters related to laundering proceeds of crime and financing of terrorism.
• To follow international sanctions, to ensure that the transactions carried out in the Company are evaluated in terms of the said sanctions.
• Providing support for necessary internal and external reporting.
• To support the follow-up of department policies and procedures, making necessary updates and carrying out studies related to training activities.
