Compliance Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish policies and procedures that ensure company and employees are fully compliant with ATF regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily compliance of ATF regulation for both NFA and non-NFA serialized firearm components, including items logged out to employees.
• Direct random serial number audits as well as scheduled (annual) complete audits of company’s Acquisition & Disposition books.
• Act as primary Point of Contact with related regulatory officials (ATF, OSHA, etc.) for visits, audits and inquiries.
• Maintain all Lead Awareness, Hazard Communication, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, and Range Safety records in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage safety records for each employee where required. Ensure all production employees’ lead, respiratory and hearing tests are scheduled and current.
• Oversee firearms Import & Export activities, ensuring company complies with related regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs).
• Ensure range safety and maintenance protocol.
• Manage and implement the company's safety policies and schedule safety training and tests.
• Ship, invoice, and track export shipment of tooling and gauges to Dikar.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
