Compliance Manager

Hy-Line North America is looking to hire a Compliance Manager in our Fertile Egg Division. This role would be based out of either Milton, PA or Tamaqua, PA. Details about this position include:

Your focus as Compliance Manager will be to ensure that the location and contract fertile egg farms are current and compliant with all Animal Welfare, Production, Safety, and SOP policies and documentation. You will perform and accompany audits in a variety of areas to ensure practices are performed to Hy-Line standards including oversight of all safety training and compliance at the respective locations. In this critical role, you will work with diverse and multi-national Hy-Line team members focused on Hy-Line’s vision and values.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in poultry/animal science or related field and three to five years’ management experience in a poultry environment or an equivalent combination of education and life experience. Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and must be Certified Powered Industrial truck operator. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently. Previous compliance experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have experience working with Microsoft Office products and must be able to operate electronic equipment/software as necessary. Candidates must not own or have any regular contact with any poultry or waterfowl.
