Key Responsibilities:
Maintain statutory registers: Wages, Muster Roll, Advance, Maternity, Leave, etc.
Manage employee documentation including NDAs, Salary Slips, and Bank Transfers.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Challans, and statutory filings.
Prepare compliance reports and support audits.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts & external authorities to ensure timely compliance.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce / HR / Law.2–5 years of experience in statutory compliance & documentation.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Labour Laws.Proficient in Excel & government portals.
Meticulous, organized, and deadline-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
