Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team at Beacon Management, Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations within the property management industry. The Compliance Officer will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
• Monitor changes in legislation related to property management and ensure timely updates to company policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues and best practices.
• Prepare reports on compliance activities for senior management and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance management within the property management.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC ,HUD , and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
