Job Title: Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Statutory Compliance Management
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable Labour Laws (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).
- Preparation and filing of statutory returns (monthly, quarterly & annual).
- Generation of PF & ESIC challans and maintenance of payment records.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records as per legal requirements.
- Update and organize compliance files for client audits and inspections.
- Keep track of amendments and government notifications related to labour laws.
- Client Coordination
- Coordinate with client HR and management teams for data collection and compliance updates.
- Assist clients during inspections and audits by labour or PF/ESIC authorities.
- Resolve compliance-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Audit & Inspection Support
- Prepare audit reports, compliance summaries, and inspection replies.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain compliance status reports for management review.
- Track deadlines and ensure zero non-compliance across clients.
