Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company complies with all statutory requirements, regulations, and internal policies.
- Update and Renew all types of licenses, including and not limited to vehicle tax, insurances, subsidies, etc.
- Update and facilitate compliances related to Bank loans and business accounts.
- Maintain KYC of all Partners and Directors.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters.
- Report compliance issues and findings to management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise on required actions.
- Must visit Government offices to resolve matters related to Statutory compliances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of compliance or audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good Letter drafting Skills
- High integrity and attention to detail.
