Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company complies with all statutory requirements, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Update and Renew all types of licenses, including and not limited to vehicle tax, insurances, subsidies, etc.
  • Update and facilitate compliances related to Bank loans and business accounts.
  • Maintain KYC of all Partners and Directors.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters.
  • Report compliance issues and findings to management.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise on required actions.
  • Must visit Government offices to resolve matters related to Statutory compliances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of compliance or audit experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good Letter drafting Skills
  • High integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
