Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company operates in full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and company policies
• Monitor and update internal compliance procedures
• Conduct compliance checks and risk assessments
• Handle regulatory filings, licenses, and renewals
• Coordinate with legal advisors and government authorities when required
• Prepare compliance reports for management
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or a similar role (real estate experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Certifications needed or preferred:

CAMS (ACAMS) and or ICA certificates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
