GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES

Bridge Health is seeking a Compliance Officer to direct and coordinate the agency’s compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing Medicare and Medicaid contracts, commercial operations, and regulatory/accrediting standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that the Board of Directors, management, and staff maintain consistently high levels of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while supporting organizational growth. • Maintaining current compliance policies and procedures and ensuring organizational adherence. • Ensuring organizational conduct aligns with the Bridge Health Code of Conduct. • Investigating and responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. • Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, developing and implementing corrective action plans for the resolution of problematic issues, and providing general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance communication program that promotes: (a) utilization of the compliance hotline, (b) awareness of conduct standards, and (c) understanding of current and emerging compliance issues and related policies and procedures. • Providing leadership for the Bridge Health Risk Management program, serving as QMC Chair, and overseeing Medical Records, Quality Improvement, and Internal Review functions. • Serving as the agency’s HIPAA Privacy Officer.

The successful candidate must maintain the highest ethical standards and serve as a role model of integrity throughout the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree, Excellent communication and networking skills, knowledge and skills related to data management are required including data reporting, creation of graphic representations of data trends, analysis of trends and creation of narrative reports based on data analytics

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology OR fully Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
