Key Responsibilities:
1. Buyer & Industrial Audits:
- Handle domestic and international buyer audits, including INDITEX, IDFL, BVV, Inspectario, Fairlymade, and others.
- Coordinate and ensure readiness for third-party audits related to social, technical, and HR compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and internal departments for corrective actions and audit closures.
2. Social & Environmental Compliance:
- Manage and maintain compliance with standards like GOTS, RCS, Fair Trade, SEDEX, HIGG FEM, SLCP, Target RMQAFA , INDITEX and other international frameworks.
- Prepare and update all documentation required for social compliance audits, including health & safety, wages, working hours, and welfare standards.
- Oversee SOPs and sustainability-related documentation in alignment with buyer expectations.
3. Statutory & Labour Compliance:
- Handle end-to-end statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare Fund, and Contract Labour Act.
- Coordinate with consultants, government departments, and internal HR for timely submission of compliance returns and reports.
- Maintain and update compliance registers, reports, and certificates.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Manage TC (Transaction Certificates) and ensure documentation accuracy for all certifications.
- Prepare compliance reports, maintain records, and support the audit trail.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for all compliance documents and certificates.
5. Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with HR, Production, and Management teams to ensure continuous compliance readiness.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, auditors, and certification agencies.
- Conduct internal awareness sessions for teams regarding compliance updates and standards.

Pay: ₹17,013.56 - ₹40,000.00 per month
