Compliance Officer

Job description:

• Manage the application and compliance processes for FSSAI, CLRA, and Shop & Establishment licenses across multiple business entities.
• Coordinate end-to-end regulatory licensing procedures, including documentation preparation, application submission, and follow-ups with authorities.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive applications with all required documentation and operational details.
• Collaborate with legal, operational, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely license processing.
• Monitor and track application statuses, compliance requirements, and report progress regularly.
• Ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies or issues with regulatory authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in FSSAI, CLRA, and Shop & Establishment licensing requirements.
• Implement effective compliance measures to manage risk and ensure licenses are renewed and maintained as per statutory norms
