About the Role

As a Compliance Officer at ATC, you will support regulatory compliance and corporate governance activities across the business. You will assist with CMA/Boursa/MOCI reporting, maintain compliance documentation, and support AGMs/EGMs. You will also help review policies and coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining effective compliance practices.
• Provide support as instructed by the manager in the continues compliance in respect of the reporting and regulatory requirements of the concerned regulators and institutions, including but not limited to CMA, Boursa and MOCI.
• Create detailed periodic reports.
• Assist in the organization of AGMs and EGMs.
• Review/update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and best practices.
• Implement corporate governance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors wherever required.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and archival.
• Provide support in conducting suppliers’ due diligence reviews.
• Ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws and practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field in listed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/legal/ Business Administration.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Arabic is required.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in ICA-CISI is preferred.
