Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure updated documentation and proper record keeping for all compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and manage customer food declarations in line with regulatory and client requirements.
- Develop, implement, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA); communicate updates to customers via email.
- Ensure 100% compliance with calibration schedules and monitor all testing requirements as per standards.
- Maintain records required for internal and external audits, ensuring readiness at all times.
- Support and facilitate regulatory, customer, and certification audits.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective measures to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in compliance, QA, or food safety (preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to monitor CAPA implementation, calibration, and testing compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and coordination skills for customer and regulatory interactions
Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
