Compliance Officer (AML)

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in AML & CFT Policies
• Legal and moral Integrity
• Good understanding of the relevant laws and regulations
• Confidence in handling data
• Analytical thinking and ability
• Good Communication skills in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Prepare and submit reports such as DPMSR and high-risk country transactions
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
• Provide compliance training and guidance to staff and management
• Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive data with discretion
• Support management in audits, inspections, and regulatory updates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
