About the Role

Cindrebay Group is looking for a senior, disciplined, detail-obsessed Compliance Operations Manager to run the day-to-day compliance engine across our group entities and multi-state centres. This is an execution-heavy role that requires mature judgment, strong documentation control, and the confidence to follow up with teams until compliance is done—properly and provably.

You will work under the guidance of our Group Compliance Officer and directly coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Centre Heads, and external CA/CS/legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities

1) Compliance Calendar & Evidence Discipline

  • Maintain the group compliance calendar (monthly/quarterly/annual) and ensure deadlines are never missed
  • Collect and verify monthly compliance evidence packs from each centre
  • Maintain an inspection-ready compliance repository (digital + physical) with proper indexing and version control

2) Centre Compliance Execution (Multi-location)

  • Implement and monitor “Centre Compliance Files” across locations covering:
  • Shops & Establishments / local licences
  • labour compliance documentation and registers
  • HR documentation, policies, acknowledgements
  • contracts / vendor documents
  • student documentation (admission terms, undertakings, refund policy acceptance, grievance logs)
  • Train and follow up Centre Compliance Coordinators (dotted-line responsibility)

3) Coordination with HR / Finance / External Advisors

  • Coordinate with Accounts and CA team to ensure compliance readiness for TDS/GST/PT/PF/ESI and audit documentation
  • Coordinate with HR for statutory documentation, policy rollout, and workplace compliance files
  • Work with CS/legal advisors to ensure internal documentation readiness for filings and notices

4) Contracts & Commitments Controls

  • Maintain contract templates, contract register, renewal alerts
  • Route agreements for review and approvals using the internal workflow
  • Maintain records of approved marketing versions and ensure claims/commitments are evidence-backed

5) Reporting & Escalation

  • Prepare a crisp monthly compliance dashboard for management
  • Maintain an issue/risk register and drive closure
  • Support inspection/notice responses by organising documents and timelines

What we’re looking for

  • Senior professional with strong compliance exposure (preferably 15+ years), ideally from education, healthcare, NBFC, manufacturing, or any multi-branch organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Establishment and labour compliance documentation
  • Statutory registers and inspection readiness
  • Contract documentation and recordkeeping discipline
  • Working with CA/CS/legal teams for tax and statutory compliance
  • Excellent follow-up ability, ownership mindset, and comfort dealing with multiple centres
  • Very strong documentation skills (you should enjoy compliance files and trackers)

Must-have Skills

  • Hands-on experience maintaining compliance calendars, trackers and documentation repositories
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (trackers, dashboards)
  • Comfortable with travel, coordination, and strict deadlines
  • Clear written communication (email/report drafting)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
