Job Title: Compliance Reporting Analyst

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in Boston (Tues – Thurs)

Duration: 3+ month contract with possibility for extensions

BASIC PURPOSE:

Perform Compliance Reporting functions.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Compliance Reporting Team with periodic tasks that pertain to, but not limited to, the Company Client Reporting and Corporate Compliance Reporting.
Understand assigned materials for use across their region to ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations as well as to ensure consistency with the prospectus, offering memorandum, IMA, or company policies, as applicable
Review numerous clients' investment guidelines and regulatory restrictions on trading systems and complete client reporting requests pursuant to them
Using analytical skills, research skills, and team work to gain knowledge of reporting requirements relating to investment and corporate compliance for both US and non-US jurisdictions.
Respond to requests for assistance from the business and work with relevant colleagues within the wider Compliance team to provide required Compliance reporting support.
Assist in any other reporting tasks (i.e. management reporting, regulatory reporting) and ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)

2-5+ years of experience in Finance/Investment Compliance industry.
Compliance experience.
Knowledge of regulatory rule such as 40 Act
1+ years of experience in using Systems/Data related to Compliance
1+ years in Compliance Reporting functions
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer-service, team-working and problem-solving skills. Must be able to write effectively, and present research, analysis, and conclusions.
Proven ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships and to maintain effective cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Good business judgment and the ability to handle challenges while maintaining a professional approach to problem solving.
Good knowledge of Microsoft systems
