Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Review Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing all listings, purchase agreements, and related real estate contracts to ensure compliance with ADRE regulations and brokerage policies. This role is critical in maintaining our high compliance standards, protecting our brokerage and agents, and supporting smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review listings, purchase contracts, addenda, and related documents for accuracy and ADRE compliance.
• Provide timely feedback to agents regarding corrections, missing documentation, or compliance concerns.
• Ensure brokerage policies and procedures align with ADRE standards.
• Communicate effectively with agents to educate and reinforce compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews and approvals.
• Report directly to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Real Estate Broker license required.
• In-depth knowledge of ADRE rules, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Minimum seven (7) years of real estate experience, with contract and compliance review required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with transaction management software and MLS systems preferred.
