Compliance- Senior Associate / Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Compliance Department. This role is key in ensuring ÜNLÜ & Co’s full alignment with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• :Monitor and enforce compliance with the Capital Markets Board (SPK), Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA-BDDK), and MASAK regulations, as well as internal group policies
• .Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, including client identification, risk classification, sanctions screening, and enhanced due diligence
• .Review customer onboarding processes and ensure proper execution of risk disclosures and framework agreements
• .Identify and report actual or potential compliance breaches and assist in implementing necessary corrective actions
• .Monitor transactions and reporting suspicious activity to MASAK when needed
• .Review and approve external communications and reports for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• .Monitor regulatory developments, assess implications for the business, and support policy/procedure updates
• .Support the design and delivery of internal compliance training, especially in areas such as ethics, data privacy, and conflicts of interest
• .Contribute to the evaluation of new products and services from a compliance perspective
• .Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and help prevent misuse of non-public information
