Job Description 
- Address the major challenging issues/cases to Chief Compliance Officer/Compliance Manager.
- Develop and implement Company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Oversee all business operations from a compliance perspective including policies, investments, and procedures.
- Design the system that deals with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvement.
- Review and evaluate the new procedures, existing procedures and identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
- Perform periodic compliance reviews on company procedures and processes.
- Lead the employee training and awareness sessions on legal and compliance issues.
- Lead and supervise compliance team.
- Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs.
- Developing risk management strategics in relation to compliance risks.
- Following up on compliance issues that require investigation.
- Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate software is in place.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
- Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issue.
- Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Oversee the compliance with the company Code of Conduct and investigate any violation of the code of conduct and other compliance policies.
- Coordinate and participate in ARO Drilling Conflict of Interest & Business Conduct awareness and application.
- Oversee and support ARO Drilling compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee the Helpline and execute the investigation of potential fraud and abuse activities; plan and execute the investigation in accordance with accepted standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in law, Finance, Business Administration or Management with a minimum of 9 years of previous working experience
- Experienced in Oil, Gas or Offshore Drilling sector is plus.
- Experienced in Compliance
- Strong Knowledge of industrial process and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge and background of organization's internal policies, procedures, and manuals.
