Compliance Supervisor

Purpose of Role

The Compliance Supervisor will ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies while minimizing compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of updates.
• Conduct compliance audits and investigations where required.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and filing of compliance activities.
• Deliver training sessions to raise awareness of compliance standards across the company.
• Act as the liaison with regulators and external auditors on compliance matters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field ( certification preferred – e.g., CCEP, CRCMP).
• 5+ years’ experience in compliance roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi regulations (CMA, SAMA, etc.) and international compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
