We are looking for a talented Composite Process and Innovation Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, visible role where you’ll work with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve efficiency, boost quality, and drive innovation in fiberglass molding and composite design. If you enjoy solving problems, tinkering with processes, and bringing both creativity and technical know-how to the shop floor, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Improve fiberglass manufacturing processes for throughput, consistency, and quality.
• Develop and implement QA systems, mold maintenance schedules, and training programs.
• 
  Work hands-on in the shop to test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune processes.
• Support new mold design, CAD modeling (SOLIDWORKS/AutoCAD), and coordinate with external vendors.
• Apply testing and data-driven methods to drive improvements and partner with production leadership to integrate new processes.
• Model and enforce workplace safety protocols to keep our team-mates healthy and maintain regulatory compliance.

What You Bring:

• Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials), but strong technical experience or work toward a technical degree will also be considered.
• Experience with composites, fiberglass, or plastics a plus but not required.
• CAD skills (SOLIDWORKS or AutoCAD preferred).
• Strong computer, data-analysis, and problem-solving skills.
