Composite Technician

We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to perform fabrication, repair, and maintenance of composite components and structures using materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and resins. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lay-up techniques, curing processes, trimming, sanding, and bonding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform composite lay-up, trimming, and repairs according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and sealants.
• Operate vacuum bagging and curing equipment.
• Inspect components for defects and perform necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Document work performed as per quality and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in composite manufacturing or repair (aerospace, automotive, marine, or similar industries).
• Familiarity with hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and composite tooling techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Diploma/Certification in composites or relevant technical field.
