We are growing and looking for a skilled Composite Technician to join our finishing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Laminating fiberglass and carbon fiber materials into molds to produce structural and cosmetic composite parts
- Setting up and executing vacuum-assisted resin infusion processes, including bagging, line setup, and monitoring infusion flow
- Preparing molds by cleaning, waxing, and staging them for production
- Cutting, staging, and organizing carbon fiber and fiberglass materials according to build requirements
- Applying peel ply, flow media, vacuum lines, and bagging materials for infusion setups
- Inspecting parts for cosmetic quality, proper fiber placement, and structural integrity
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas and properly caring for molds and shop equipment
- Following all shop safety procedures and composite handling standards
- This is hands-on, detail-oriented composite manufacturing work. Our parts are high-visibility and built to high cosmetic and performance standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in carbon fiber or fiberglass lamination
- Experience with vacuum bagging and resin infusion processes
- Ability to work precisely with composite fabrics and maintain clean laminations
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Comfortable working in a production shop environment
- Experience producing cosmetic-grade composite parts is strongly preferred
