Composite Technician / GRP Material Mixer

• Material Preparation: Accurately weigh and measure resins, catalysts, colorants, and other chemicals according to specific formulas and batch requirements.
• Machine Operation: Operate and tend various mixing machines to blend materials until they reach the specified consistency, viscosity, or form.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor machine operations, adjusting material supply, temperature, and other processing conditions as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Material Handling: Safely load materials into the mixing machine and unload the final mix into containers or conveyors for further processing or lamination.
• Quality Control: Ensure the mixture complies with required specifications and standards, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor repairs on mixing equipment.
• Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment, and strictly follow safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Documentation: Document operational information and maintain inventory of materials.
