Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the compound pharmacy market
  • Conduct product demonstrations and detailed product demos to showcase compound medication solutions effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and clinic managers through proactive account management
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Deliver compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to educate clients on product features and benefits
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions based on their needs
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a focus on B2B sales and outside sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts effectively while leading product demos and technical sales discussions
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, compounding processes, and medical terminology is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for market research and reporting
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to building long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership qualities within a team environment
