Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare providers, clinics, and pharmacies within your territory
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our compounded pharmaceutical solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive account management and personalized service
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts
  • Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, compounding processes, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer onboarding
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint

Skills

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, especially in B2B environments involving outside sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and building rapport with clients
  • Advanced analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and organizational tools for tracking sales progress
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Exceptional customer service orientation combined with thorough organizational skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations related to compounding pharmacy practices is a plus
  • Ability to conduct technical product explanations clearly while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
