Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy department by following pharmacy policy and procedures. This position requires strong organizing skill , a commitment to patient service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable. Detail training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
• Manage inventory of active pharmaceutical ingredients
• Prepare compounded medication using master compounding records. (Training provided)
• Perform daily cleaning tasks
• Record keeping of compounded medications and formulation logs

Experience

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician a retail pharmacy is desirable
