Comprehensive Dentistry Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practices. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care while demonstrating a strong understanding of general dentistry principles. This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive dental services in a comfortable and professional environment. We are seeking to fill either a FULL-TIME position within three of our practices (local in Inland Empire) or several PART-TIME positions in each individual office.

Duties

-Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.

-Provide a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.

-Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.

-Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety and health of patients and staff.

-Utilize medical imaging technologies for diagnostics and treatment planning.

-Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.

-Fabricate dental appliances as needed, ensuring they meet the required specifications.

-Stay updated on advancements in dental practices, including pediatric dentistry techniques when applicable.

Skills

-GREAT restorative skill set (busy, fast-paced environment)

-RCT experience a PLUS.

-Surgical Extractions desired.

-SPEED and QUALITY

-Experience with Medi-Cal office, PLUS!!!

-Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.

-Proficient in medical documentation and patient care management.

-Ability to perform detailed patient assessments effectively.

-Experience with medical imaging technologies for diagnostics.

-Competence in four-handed dentistry techniques to improve workflow during treatments.

-Skills in dental fabrication for creating custom dental appliances.
