What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

As a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor, you'll be the heart of our client experience. You'll be responsible for:

• Teaching exceptional and safe Pilates group classes and private sessions to a diverse student body (all levels, beginners through advanced).
• Creating and delivering engaging, effective workouts rooted in both contemporary and classical methodologies.
• Personalizing the client experience by assessing fitness goals and developing targeted programs.
• Modifying exercises skillfully for clients with injuries or special needs, ensuring safety and progress.
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
• Assisting clients physically as needed and handling studio equipment (up to 35 lbs).
• Bonus: Contributing to the growth of the studio by marketing and promoting your classes and programs.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications) ✅

We're looking for a motivated professional who is ready to jump in:

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (450+ hours - Required).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (Preferred) and strong proficiency in both equipment and mat work.
• A deep understanding of the Pilates principles, anatomy, and biomechanics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with genuine patience and empathy for students of all ages and skill levels.
• The ability to motivate and inspire clients while maintaining a commitment to continuous learning.
• Customer service focus with a team-oriented, collaborative spirit.
• AED Certification (Preferred).

Required Availability:

• Work Location: In person at The Colony, TX 75056.
• Commute/Relocation: Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate to The Colony area before starting work (Required).
