About us

This is a private studio that specializes in the Pilates Method and Strength Training. We have a comprehensively-outfitted Pilates studio on the left side of the building and a fully equipped strength floor on the right. Our aim is to teach the Pilates Method well and safely for each client, whether in a one-on-one setting or in a class setting.

```Duties```
- Conduct Pilates sessions for individuals or groups, providing instruction and guidance on proper techniques and form.
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific needs or limitations.
- Teach, guide, and demonstrate (as needed) to ensure participants understand the exercises and feel confident performing them.
- Monitor participants during classes, offering modifications or adjustments as needed to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing motivation, support, and encouragement to clients, helping them stay engaged and committed to their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including equipment setup and sanitization.

-Maintain their evolving education through necessary CEC completions or relevant trainings

```Qualifications```
-Fully comprehensively trained in the Pilates Method through an accredited organization

-Holds their NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) credential

-CPR/AED certified
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
- 1+ years of experience teaching Pilates classes to individuals of varying fitness levels and abilities.
- Additional certifications or experience in related disciplines such as kickboxing, yoga, CrossFit, personal training, or sports coaching is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
