Computer & Academic Subjects Instructor

Job Description:

A teaching center in Sharjah is looking for a Computer & Academic Subjects Instructor to teach a combination of computer courses (programming, general computer skills, design software) and academic subjects (math and science).

The ideal candidate should have strong teaching experience in IT-related subjects and be comfortable instructing students in academic school subjects. This role does not focus on robotics or hands-on STEM experiments but rather on computer literacy, coding, design tools, and academic tutoring.

Responsibilities:

Computer Courses:

• Teach general computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet Usage, etc.).
• Instruct students in beginner and advanced programming (Scratch, Python, HTML, C++).
• Teach graphic design and technical software (Photoshop, AutoCAD, InDesign).

Academic Subjects:

• Provide tutoring in math and science for school-level students.
• Help students understand and apply core concepts in a structured way.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Experience teaching computer courses AND academic subjects.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for students of different levels.
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience using educational technology tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in academic tutoring.
• Familiarity with curriculums used in UAE schools.
• Knowledge of educational software and e-learning tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
